here's what's included...

60 min intensive

We start off with a Zoom intensive call. In this initial call, we get to find out where you currently are with the stressors and how the life you're living is affecting you. We identify triggers and patterns and do a deep dive into discovering your ideal life. Then we carefully create a bespoke 90 day strategy plan to manage the goals we set together. We will discuss mindset, self talk and much more.

two monthly calls

We understand the power of connection and know how important it is as mothers. Therefore, we will have two 45mins calls per month to review your progress. The calls will be recorded and they will be emailed to you to refer back to. These calls will be structured based on your individual needs because I know that every journey of motherhood is unique and demands a strategy to work for your individual needs to make it thrive.

support & accountability

We understand as mothers, it can be hard to stay on top of everything. We will work through hurdles together and celebrate every milestone you reach because we understand that seeing how far we have come in the journey is just as important as the future we want to build. You will have Voxer access to me over four days a week so you can send voice notes or messages to keep you on track.
